Headlining this year’s list of speakers are Super Bowl winning quarterback Danny White and his daughter, Heather.
Speakers include Rotary International Director-Elect Wyn Spiller, multi-platinum songwriter Harold Payne and life coach Susan Donnelly.
Danny White is a native Arizonan, who after setting seven NCAA passing records for Arizona State University, spent 13 seasons with the Dallas Cowboys, where he broke the Cowboys single-season passing record (29 TD’s) in his first year as a starter. He ended his career as the Cowboys most accurate passer, setting many more records - eight that have yet to be broken.
White is an Arizona football legend. In addition to the AFL Hall of Fame and the NCAA Hall of Fame, White has been inducted into the Mesa Arizona Sports Hall of Fame, the State of Arizona Sports Hall of Fame and the Arizona State University Hall of Fame where his jersey number 11 was retired. White was also named the Arizona Athlete of the Century by the Arizona Republic in 2000.
Danny is now an author and speaks around the country about leadership, resilience and teamwork. He lives in Arizona with his wife Linda, and together they have nine children and 31 grandchildren.
Heather Jo Kennedy is a professional coach, motivational speaker, and author, dedicated to elevating individuals and teams by identifying and inspiring "starters” -- those who ignite action and create meaningful impact.
Growing up in the public eye as the daughter of Dallas Cowboys great Danny White, Heather experienced firsthand the challenges of connection. Heather focuses on nurturing the most influential forces in life -- including people, purpose, and perspective. She shares her wisdom with authenticity, weaving personal stories with actionable takeaways that empower her audiences.
Call her a coach, speaker, artist, fly-fisher, foodie, animal lover, and “chocoholic”— but above all, she is a mama bear.
